Overview
Palladium Compass LLC (“we,” “us”) built CAD Commands as a reference app for CAD drafters and designers. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
We designed CAD Commands to keep your data on your device. We do not operate user accounts, analytics services, or advertising networks in the app.
Information stored on your device
The app may store the following locally on your iPhone or iPad:
- Favorites — command IDs you star in the Favorites tab, saved with Apple’s on-device storage (
UserDefaults).
This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to our servers, and is removed if you delete the app (unless restored from an device backup).
Information we do not collect
CAD Commands does not ask for or collect:
- Name, email address, or contact information inside the app
- Location data
- Photos, files, or CAD project data
- Usage analytics or advertising identifiers
- Health, financial, or sensitive personal information
In-app purchases
Pro upgrades are processed by Apple through the App Store using StoreKit. Apple handles payment, receipts, and purchase history. We receive only the information Apple provides to confirm that a purchase or restore is valid — we do not receive your credit card or banking details.
Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Internet access
The core app content (commands and shortcuts) is bundled in the app and works offline. Network access may be used by Apple’s StoreKit when loading product information, completing a purchase, or restoring purchases.
Children’s privacy
CAD Commands is a reference app suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require registration.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
